We keep your data to ourselves. We will never sell your information to another party. We will use your data to contact you about appointments, share details about your account or membership, along with monthly newsletters using HIPPA compliant software. All this information stays within our organization.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Your contact information is stored in the backend of your account, in our patient portal software, in our treatment software, our relationship management software and in the forms you submit. We do not use your information without your consent.

If a system is breached we will notify you as soon as we are aware of any unusual activities including what information may have been taken.

General Parameters of Promotional Offers
1. All our promotion offerings, either in-office or online, and temporary in nature. The time line of these offerings may vary in their duration.
2. Prices associated with discount offerings are only valid during the stated period of the promotion.
3. Not all promotions will be offered via the same methods, and therefore may not be available to all the same persons. Some offering may only be posted only in-office, online, email campaign, or mailers. If a person has not received a promotional offering, the clinic is not obligated to extend the promotion to said person.
4. The clinic retains the right to changes the parameters of a promotional offer at any time during and after the promotional offering period. If these changes to or termination of a service connected to a promotional office directly effect a prepaid service of a client/patient, then the clinic will honor the monetary value paid for service as a credit on the client/patients account.
5. As with all promotions, competitions, or giveaways, Facebook and Instagram and in no way connected to our offerings. Each entrant or participant gives complete release of Facebook and Instagram; and acknowledges that the promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook.
6. Each entrant or participant must be at least 18 years of age or older to participate.

Specific Rules of Grand Opening Promotional Offers
1. The online promotion offering will run from 9/20/22-9/24/22 at 10am
2. This promotional offering will only be promoted via facebook, instagram, and in person flyers.
3. Official Entry to the promotional offering is made by filling out and submitting the Sign Up (Lead Form) associated with the promotional ad on either facebook or instagram.
4. Participants must be present at Grand Opening on September 24th 2022 between 10am-12p to be able to win.
5. Participants may one bonus entry per each one of the following on either facebook or instagram: follow, like, comments, or mention a friend in a comment on the post.
6. Winner of prizes cannot exchange their prizes for cash value.
